The collection was named like that in reference of the eye shape of the Charlet signature. Body organ of visual perception, the eye represents observation, communication, knowledge : it connects man to the outside world. Very early, the symbolism of the eye was considered as a protection, a sort of lucky talisman: the eye of Oudjat, the third eye, the eye of Providence ... In all beliefs we find the protective power of this symbol. Charlet offers an infinite number of possibilities with the Iris collection : charms, bracelets, necklaces or earrings, but Iris is also found as the brand’s signature hidden or not on most jewels.
