For Women's Day, Charlet celebrates the women
without whom nothing would be possible !
March shines a spotlight on the fight for women's rights, with Women's Day celebrated on March 8.
Inspired by this date, we wanted to give you a little more insight into our team, which, unintentionally, is exclusively female!
VALERIE - Designer & Art Director
Valerie is on all fronts and lives with the times. Now that she's independent, she has to juggle family life with running a brand.
"I discovered the world of jewelry when I married my husband, whose family had been in the business for several generations. It was after my daughters were born that I wanted to design jewelry for them. I loved it, so naturally I started thinking up designs for myself and my loved ones. After many years as a health visitor, I decided to turn my discreet passion into my business.
ANISSA - Workshop manage
This strong-willed 35-year-old is our workshop manager. Mainly in charge of manufacturing, she also handles inventory management and after-sales service.
With a CAP and a BMA in the art of jewelry, she finally devoted a few years to watchmaking. Four years ago, Charlet brought her back to her first love, jewelry. Her experience as a polisher in a major Swiss watchmaking house ensures an impeccable finish for our jewels!
JULIE - Apprentice Jeweller
Bubbly and full of ambition, Julie is an apprentice jeweler. Formerly in charge of digital communications, she chose the jewelry business to turn her passion into her everyday life !
Julie is involved in all the technical aspects of Charlet jewelry production. Welding, polishing, assembly, mounting... So many technical skills that our aspiring jeweller knows all about.
MEGANE - Sales advisor
Hyperactive and radiant, this ex-professional dancer, who has traveled the world, joined our team less than a year ago. At the dawn of her 30th year, the stability of a life in a single city was her very first priority. Immersed in the world of jewelry since childhood, she honed her eye and knowledge alongside her uncle, a jeweler from Marseille. Passionate, full of ideas and sensitive, Megane brings her beautiful soul to our boutique, making it even warmer.
VICTOIRE - Activity coordinator
As the direct link between the jewelry-making workshop, the boutique and the head office, her job is essential to the smooth running of all parties. She is also in contact with our retailers, notably for order preparation, commercial relations and logistics. Reactivity, professionalism and gentleness are the watchwords of her instant presentation.
