Diamonds are the hardest stones in the world.
Its etymology comes from the Latin "Diamas" meaning indestructible. In fact, it is used in many factories for cutting, carving and polishing. Only 30% of diamonds are used for jewelry; the rest are industrial-grade.

The most famous diamonds are colorless, but these magnificent gems come in a wide range of colors, from blue to pink to yellow.
As the stone of the month of April par excellence, diamonds are often given at weddings held at this time of year. The diamond's hardness symbolizes resistance and fidelity.
But this wasn't always the case. It became popular after the De Beers campaign in 1947 with the famous slogan: "A Diamond is Forever".

Our tip for reviving the brilliance of your diamond : Soak the jewel in a bowl of hot, soapy water. Rub it with a soft brush and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. You can replace the soap with baking soda.
